Carbo-Loading party:
Join us in our annual Carbo Loading Party, which will take place on Thursday April 10th 2003, from 6:00 -8:30 pm. where you can enjoy a buffet of different kinds of Pastas.
Ticket Price: JD 5.00 ($ 7.00) inclusive per person.
Tickets will be available at the Society for Care of Neurological Patients premesis.

Final Check-In
Check in (by Bar Code system) will start at 5:30 am @ Safeway 7th circle (airport road) parking lot.
Runners must wear their numbers for check in.

Starting Times
The Ultra Marathon individual runners and relay teams will start at 6:30 am from the Safeway airport road.
The Marathon will start at 7:00 am just before Marj Al-Hamam Bridge.
The Half Marathon will start at 8:00 am @ the sea level sign.

Transportation
Runners for the Marathon and Half Marathon will be transferred to their starting points by bus from
Safeway parking lot:
At 6:15 am buses will leave to the starting point of the Marathon.
At 6:35 am buses will leave to the starting point of the Half Marathon.
- All runners can leave their personal belongings in the luggage buses.

Road Markings
Water stations will be at each 4km mark; the station can be a few hundred meters from the actual 4km mark depending on the space available along the road. The timekeepers and referees will be at the exact 4km marks.

Services
Natural mineral water will be available every 4km at the blue flag mark along the route of the run. First aid and ambulances will be readily available on the road in case of emergencies. Massages, showers & changing rooms will be available on the beach at no charge for runners.
